MINIMUM AGE

Our minimum age requirement for Lash Affair Lash Services is 18 years of age 16 and older may also receive services with guardian/parental consent.

FOREIGN LASH FILLS

A $25 surcharge is applied to lash fills on extensions originally done elsewhere. This is due to the additional time and care often required to safely remove improperly applied lashes, correct placement, and restore lash health. Poor lash applications can increase service time and complexity, and this fee ensures we can deliver the quality, safety, and results that meet Lash Affair Lounge’s standards.

 

CHILDREN POLICY

Our lounge offers a soothing environment for all clients and staff. Keeping that as our focus; we do not allow babies or children under 13 years of age in the lounge. This policy is also for the safety of your children, our technicians and our clients as you are not able to attend to your children during your appointment. We cannot perform your procedure if you arrive with children. This policy is strictly enforced.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment please do so more than 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.  Full sets of lashes and PMU appointments will need the full 48 hours to cancel without late fees. 

If cancelled within 4 hours (or no-shows), clients will be charged the full 100% of the appointment value.

If more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results. Clients arriving 20 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled.

 

All clients will be required. to provide a credit card to confirm bookings. We will not charge the card unless there is a no-show or late cancellation.
