MINIMUM AGE

Our minimum age requirement for Lash Affair Lash Services is 18 years of age 16 and older may also receive services with guardian/parental consent.

LASHES FROM OTHER SALONS 

At Lash Affair we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, and results!  With that in mind, our policy is that we will assess each client on a case by case basis and decide based on the condition of the natural lashes and the application of the previous set if we can continue to fill the lashes or recommend a Removal and Full set. A complimentary Lash consultation is required before booking an appointment. 

 

CHILDREN POLICY

Our lounge offers a soothing environment for all clients and staff. Keeping that as our focus; we do not allow babies or children under 13 years of age in the lounge. This policy is also for the safety of your children, our technicians and our clients as you are not able to attend to your children during your appointment. We cannot perform your procedure if you arrive with children. This policy is strictly enforced.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
If cancelled within 4 hours (or no-shows), clients will be charged the full 100% of the appointment value.

If more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results. Clients arriving 20 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled.
