Sometimes it's not all about getting lashes

sometimes it's about getting bad ones off. We had a first time client this week desperate to get some lashes she got a "great" deal on in someone's basement salon. I'll admit there are some good home-based businesses, but there are also some bad. When she walked in it was very clear that the lashes were far too long and the wrong diameter leaving the client not only not enjoying the look of them but they were also uncomfortable. Reminds me of that old saying "Good is not cheap and cheap is not good" it's still holds value today. This client came from across the city to see us for the removal and I wondered why she didn't go back to where she got them put on, but she told us she would definitely be back. We have such amazing staff, Chelsey took them off no questions asked but also educated her on what proper lashes should look and feel like for next time, we've all had buyers remorse at some point, we're very happy that she doesn't feel like everyone is staring at her lashes when she goes out now.
